1. need 3 buckets

2. 1st bucket holds 3 gallons of water and about 15 outfits

3. 1st bucket has one large hole with cap to drain water

4. 2nd bucket has several holes to drain water

5. 2nd bucket can spin

6. 2nd bucket should be connected to handle that create spinning

7. 3rd bucket to collect water from the drain (water will not be wasted.. use it for plants and cleaning tubes)
